Common questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every plan starts with 14 days free. That’s two full weekly shops, long enough for TillSave to prove its worth. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.
- Does my subscription renew automatically?
- Yes. Like most app subscriptions, TillSave Plus auto-renews by default at the end of each month or year, so your history and features carry on uninterrupted. You can switch auto-renew off in the App Store or Google Play at any time.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. One tap in Settings, or directly through the App Store or Google Play. If you cancel mid-cycle you keep access until the end of that month or year.
- Do you sell my basket data?
- No. Your receipts are yours. We don’t share them with brands, supermarkets, or third-party market researchers.
- Which supermarkets do you compare?
- Aldi, Lidl, Asda, Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury’s. We’re adding M&S, Waitrose and Co-op next.
- Does TillSave work with printed and digital receipts?
- Both. Snap the printed till receipt, or forward the digital email receipt from your supermarket account.
